We pour mercury into silence, then wait until it forgets it was ever moving. What remains is not a sculpture. It is a held breath.

The alloy is poured at 1,380 °C and left to move on its own. We only steer it with gravity and patience.

At the critical second, tension breaks the surface into ridges no mould could ever plan or repeat.
